3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Project Engagement & Process

All projects begin with an initial consultation or inquiry. Once both parties agree on scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline, a formal agreement (proposal or contract) will be signed.

You agree to provide timely feedback, clear direction, and necessary assets to ensure efficient project delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A 50% deposit is required to start the project
  • The remaining balance is due upon final delivery
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issuance

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods as agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You receive full rights to the final, approved deliverables unless otherwise specified in writing
  • Brand Khun retains rights to display project work (excluding confidential material) for portfolio and marketing purposes

Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, or proprietary methods remain the property of Brand Khun.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply timely feedback and decisions
  • Respect our creative process and professional boundaries
  • Not reproduce or resell design concepts without permission

Delays in client communication may impact timelines and result in additional fees.

8. Revisions & Scope

Projects include a specified number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional changes or work beyond the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly or flat rate, with prior notice.

9. Delivery Timelines

We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline, barring unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by third parties or lack of client input are not the responsibility of Brand Khun.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not typically provided. However:

  • If the project is canceled before significant work begins, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion
  • If Brand Khun is unable to fulfill the service due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund will be offered

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Brand Khun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales increases, traffic growth) from branding efforts
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services
